6:45AM - Transition Closes, Athletes on pool deck
6:45AM - Pre-race athlete meeting
7:00AM- Youth Race begins - This is a rolling start based on the personal time submitted when you registered.  You will step on a timing mat at the race start that begins your start time. 
8:00 - Dad's Race begins - This is a mass start
8:30AM - Estimated time of award ceremony
