Rob Cass – Vice Chairperson
As Vice Chairperson of the Highs & Lows Tour, Rob Cass brings steady leadership and a deep commitment to the mission of mental health awareness. He helps guide strategy, supports fundraising efforts, and ensures the event’s vision stays on course. Rob’s role blends organizational oversight with hands‑on involvement, making him a trusted voice in shaping the Tour’s growth and impact.
Eric Skinner - Finance Chairperson
Eric Skinner serves as Finance Chair for the Highs & Lows Tour, overseeing the event’s financial health and sustainability. He leads budget planning, manages revenue and expenditures, ensures compliance with the Tour’s 501(c)(3) status, secures event insurance, and sets future goals for sponsorships and in‑kind donations to strengthen the Tour’s mission.
Christina Byron - Logistics Chariperson
Christina Byron oversees hospitality and logistics for the Highs & Lows Tour, creating detailed plans and coordinating with volunteers and leadership to ensure seamless execution. From set‑up and breakdown to food, rest stops, and entertainment, she keeps the event running smoothly while caring for riders and supporters.
Kristin Welch - NAMI NH Representative
Kristin Welch partners closely with the Highs & Lows Tour crew as the official representative of NAMI New Hampshire. She helps ensure the event reflects the mission of raising awareness, destigmatizing mental illness, and advancing suicide prevention. Kristin’s presence strengthens the connection between the Tour and the broader mental health community, bringing authenticity and impact to the cause.
Marybeth Bentwood – Communications Chairperson
Marybeth Bentwood serves as Communications Chair for the Highs & Lows Tour, bringing her skills as an educator, storyteller, and media lead to the team. She develops the annual media plan, highlights riders and volunteers through newsletters, and crafts stories that build awareness and help destigmatize mental health. Marybeth also represents the Tour to media outlets, collaborates with NAMI NH on event speakers, and ensures messaging is clear, impactful, and true to the mission.
Patty Marsden – Spiritual Advisor
Patty Marsden serves as Spiritual Advisor to the Highs & Lows Tour, offering guidance and perspective that helps the team stay grounded in its higher purpose. As both a counselor to the crew and a member of the NAMI NH Board, she brings wisdom, compassion, and a deep commitment to mental health advocacy, ensuring the Tour remains true to its mission of hope and healing.
Kyle Macphee – Marketing Chair
Kyle Macphee serves as Marketing Chair for the Highs & Lows Tour, guiding promotional strategy and omnichannel marketing. He develops the annual marketing plan, creates content, ensures sponsor recognition, and leads the design and production of both the event jersey and the road signage that brings visibility and energy to the Tour.
Dan Dearborn - Volunteer Coordinator
Dan Dearborn organizes and supports the volunteers who power the Highs & Lows Tour. His leadership ensures smooth logistics and a welcoming experience for every rider and supporter.
Brian Bolduc - Social Media
Brian manages the Highs & Lows Tour’s social media, creating posts that inspire, inform, and connect. His storytelling amplifies the mission, celebrates riders, and engages the community with authenticity and impact.
Sean White - Co Volunteer Coordinator
Sean White serves as Co‑Chair for Volunteers, working with Dan Dearborn to organize and support the team that powers the Highs & Lows Tour. His efforts help ensure smooth logistics and a welcoming experience for all participants.
Matt Drechsel - Veterans Outreach
Matt Drechsel leads Veterans Outreach for the Highs & Lows Tour, recruiting riders and ensuring veterans can participate regardless of financial barriers. He works with leadership to honor their sacrifices while raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention in the veteran community.
