Cubbie Bear 5K

This 5K runs through the heart of Des Moines and offers participants a unique experience, culminating in a thrilling finish on home plate of the iconic Principal Park, home of the Iowa Cubs. Runners will wind their way through scenic streets, taking in the sights and sounds of the city before approaching Principal Park. As you near the stadium, excitement builds, knowing you will cross the finish line where the Iowa Cubs play. The final stretch leads runners down the warning track and onto the lush green field, where they are cheered on by spectators in the stands.
