The 20-MILE RUCK starts and finishes at the Frankfort VFW Post 1493. 
Walk, Run, or Jog; the distance is up to you!

Recharge Service Checkpoints will be scattered throughout - Bottled Water, Bites, and Booze.

Everything is about COMMUNITY, and this is a community event, located on the grounds of Frankfort's VFW; with that said, KIDS ARE FREE (during the Ruck and After Party)!

Beacon Training Group and its newest additions, FUEL Health + IV and The LASR LAIR, have again partnered with the Reel Warriors Foundation and the Frankfort VFW-Post 1493 for the 4th annual Warrior Ruck. This memorial event allows participants to remember our fallen warriors and support those at home. Our crew is committed to combating veteran and first responder suicide, and all funds raised will go directly to prevention and mental health well-being initiatives through the Reel Warriors Foundation and the Frankfort VFW Post.  

The Reel Warriors is a Nonprofit organization of veterans that gifts saltwater fishing experiences to warriors with post-traumatic stress disorder and traumatic brain injuries. The Warriors will be able to enjoy the therapeutic benefits, physical activity, sunshine, and calmness of the ocean to ease their symptoms, providing an unparalleled support network.

The Frankfort VFW has donated countless man-hours and monies to local charities that help support veterans and get them back on their feet in times of crisis. The Frankfort VFW also provides awareness and prevention strategies to fight veteran suicide and provides a relaxed atmosphere where veterans, first responders, and civilians can spend time with each other in a stress-free environment.  

Last year, we crushed it, raising $30,000 - sending 25 veterans on a unique journey, leaning on camaraderie and purpose. As for this year, the true mission is to honor EVERY warrior, but at the very least, we hope to triple last.
