Description
Come out and get your fitness on with this closed course fun run and community event of ocean awareness. Choose a 5k or 1mile race with a 9am start. Walk or run it, professionally timed 5k with prizes for top 3 in each age group. 10 under, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, 61-70, 71 over. Kids and family 1mi for Fun with bubble station, water sprinkler run through, and other fun stuff. Wear an ocean costume and win a prize. Top 3 boys & girls.
TEAMS OF 5 OR MORE GET $5 OFF...Here's how: The first four people signing up for the team pay current price. Anyone signing for the team after the fourth person gets $5 off current price and the first four people will then automatically get a $5 refund.
Can't make it to the event? Choose our Virtual Option and do it in your neighborhood. On site, browse through our booths and learn about ocean health, sharks, and fitness from our sponsors. Located at Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort in Newport Beach, 1131 Back Bay Drive, 92660. This is a fundraising event supporting Shark Stewards, a fiscally sponsored project of Earth Island Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Shark Stewards works to protect sharks and preserve healthy ocean ecosystems.
