Description
This course is at the Pompano Air Park! Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib. All (3) events are Non Scored Events ....
So this event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K run / walk or you can participate in the Hybrid 5K, if you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile:
JUMPING JACKS
SIT UPS
LUNGES
AIR SQUATS
PUSHUPS
BURPEES
Packet pickup and registration starts Saturday July 11th at Runners Depot in Davie & their Fort Lauderdale stores, we will be closing in store pickup and registration on Friday July17th at noon. We will have Race Day packet pickup and registration from 6 AM to 7 AM !!
