Description
Run (or walk!) for the love of Flathead Lake!
This is an exclusive and professionally timed run along the shores of Flathead Lake! Featuring our popular 5k, in addition to a 10k and kid’s 1-mile run.
Our mission for this event is to not only create a fun family-friendly event for our community, but ultimately to create awareness around protecting and preserving Flathead Lake. This year, we’ve teamed up again with two incredible local non-profits with like-minded missions. We're always happy that a percentage of all proceeds are donated to the Flathead Lake Bio Station and the Flathead Lakers. Both of these organizations focus on research, stewardship, education and outreach as a means to provide a voice and advocacy for Flathead Lake.
The 5k and 10k are open to all ages and families (strollers welcome) and the kids 1-mile run is limited to 12 and under. Join us in Volunteer Park on Sunday, July 27, 2025! Your contribution directly supports Flathead Lake and our beautiful community to ensure it may be enjoyed for generations to come.
This event will be held on Sunday, July 27, 2025 at Volunteer Park. All registrants will be given a Flathead Lake t-shirt; select your size when you register at FlatheadLakeRun.com. To guarantee your size, please signup prior to July 11th.
Event Times:
7:00AM: Registration opens + pickup your bib and t-shirt | complimentary local roasted coffee from Glacier Perks and fruit available
8:00AM: 10K race begins
8:30AM: 5K race begins
9:15AM: Lineup for Kid’s Mile Run begins
9:30/9:45AM: Winners will be announced and cash prizes will be given out

A big cheers to Tamarack Brewing Company for sponsoring this year’s t-shirt! This year is going to look a little different, as in we will have a variety of colors and styles of t-shirts available. They will all have the same design and will be available on a first come, first serve basis.
When you check-in under the large pavilion and receive your racing bib, you will also receive a merch ticket with your size on it, which you will take to the MERCH TENT at your convenience and pick out your tshirt.

Volunteer Park
Volunteer park is where our race begins! This park offers amazing views and a family friendly place to take in the beauty of Flathead Lake.
Bring your swim suits and lake gear and hang out by the lake after the race! Please play a part in keeping our beloved park clean using one of the many trash bins available around the park. Reminder dogs are prohibited in the park unless a certified service animal.
