AAPI New Jersey invites you to Color Run 2025, a vibrant 5k and 1-mile Fun Run on April 27, 2025, at Brookdale Park.
ABOUT THE RACE
Celebrate the spirit of two vibrant festivals! Holi, the Hindu "Festival of Colors" and "Festival of Spring," marks the end of winter and honors the triumph of good over evil, as people throw colored powder and splash water in celebration. Songkran, the Thai New Year, is a lively water festival that washes away bad luck and welcomes renewal and prosperity. Inspired by these traditions, Color Run 2026 brings the community together for a morning of movement, laughter, and cultural celebration.
Participants will race through Brookdale Park, getting splashed with colorful powder along the way. Registration is open to all, but space is limited to 1,500 participants—sign up now to secure your spot! Join us for a morning of color, culture, and community, and leave covered in color as a reminder of the joyful memories made!
There will be a detour at the finish line for participants who prefer less color. (Note: it will be difficult to completely avoid the colored powder, so please take that into consideration before registering for the race.) Strollers are welcome, but ask they start at the back of the crowd for safety considerations. Children under two years old do not need to register. Please, no dogs (although we love them!). Both races will take place rain or shine. No refunds.
