Be More Today, Inc. is a company that provides information AND inspiration to help ordinary people do extraordinary things! Project 40 is a 40-day Challenge that takes principles of the book, Be More Today: A 40-Day Guide to a Better Version of You to the next level with 40 days of inspiration and fitness. The Steps 2 Greatness Challenge is the next phase of the journey with an overall steps challenge for all participants for 40 days. We are proud to be link with The Spartan Sunday Running Club and Jag-One Physical Therapy for this event again this year!
Starting May 31st, you will be encouraged to increase your physical, mental, and emotional capacities kickstart or maintain your momentum going into the second party of 2023. You can complete any and all forms of physical activity, as long as you are able to track your steps with your phone, a pedometer, or a smart watch. The goal is to stay "Always on the Move" and to see if you can reach 10,000 steps each day for 40 days. That's 400,000 equaling roughly 200 miles in 40 days.
The challenge begins on May 31st. The cost is only $5!
Prizes will be awarded to the top three overall finishers.
