Be More Today, Inc. is a company that provides information AND inspiration to help ordinary people do extraordinary things! To continue our 5 year anniversary, we are launching the sequel to Project 40 entitled Project 40 Mo'!.  Project 40 Mo' is a 40 day Challenge that takes principles of the book, Be More Today: A 40-Day Guide to a Better Version of You to the next level with 40 Mo' days of inspiration and fitness. We are proud to be link with The Sparta Sunday Running Club and Jag-One Physical Therapy for this event this year!

Starting August 1st, you will be encouraged to increase your physical, mental, and emotional capacities to continue 2022 on the right foot. You can complete any and all forms of physical activity, as long as you do at least 40 minutes of exercises daily. That's 26 Mo' hours of fitness over 40 Mo' days. We know you are busy, so if you miss a 40 day workout one day, make it up with an 80 minute workout the next day. The goal is to reach 26 hours of physical activity in 40 days. 

The challenge begins on August 1st. The cost is $29.99 which includes:

- A new BMT water bottle from the "More Swag" store.

- A $5 discount off the Be More Today book (originally priced at $20)

- (5) 6 am Zoom fitness classes on all Mondays in August with a special kick off on August 1st with Dr. Sean Thomas at 6 am. 

- (5) 6 am in person fitness classes on all Wednesdays in August with Dr. Sean Thomas at 6 am (Brooklyn location to be shared with registrants)

-Daily motivation with special messages and information courtesy of the Be More Today Show starting August 1st. 

- The Challenge will include a special in-person run on Sunday, August 31st powered by the Spartan Sunday Running Club in South Brooklyn. 

Project 40 Mo' will push you to participate in 40 Mo' days of physical activity of your choice!  

Push yourself to apply other principles of the book, including drinking half your body weight in ounces, getting 7-9 hours of sleep each night, participating in intermittent fasting, and much much more.
