Description
For those that have never competed in my events they take place at Guthrie Lake - this is a no wake lake that only allows boats to troll. No jet skis or skiing is allowed
The swim is done in a small cove that eliminates any white caps should the wind be blowing at those speeds - spectators are able to walk along the shoreline to view/track their Athlete
Olympic: Swim .9mi/1600yds - Bike 24mi - Run 6mi -
Sprint: Swim 500yds - Bike 18mi - Run 3mi
Beat Buzz Super Sprint: Swim 200yds - Bike 6mi - Run 1mi
Super Sprint Aquabike: Swim 200yds - Bike 6mi
This race will never be a wetsuit legal swim
Plenty of parking close to the Transition - various hotels east of town that has easy access to I35 that eliminates having to drive through town to the race site - also a Starbucks conveniently located at the on ramp to juice yourself up with on the way

- Parking: there is plenty of places close to the Transition area
- Check in: 5:am - Please bring your photoID
- Transition: you cannot enter Transition until you check in - you need your Bib# to enter Transition
- Prerace meet: sharply at 6:00am in the Transition area
- Transition area closes down at 6:45am Sharp!
