Description
Clarksville’s signature race returns for its third year. The Clarksville Half Marathon, 5K, and 1-Mile Race takes runners through downtown streets and along a certified course offering scenic city views throughout. Participants can choose their distance, with ruck divisions available for both the half-marathon and 5K. After crossing the finish line, runners are invited to stay for music, photos, and post-race activities at the finish area. Whether you are pursuing a personal goal or running with friends, this event offers a memorable way to experience Clarksville.
Ruck
Ruck half marathon and 5K
Men: 30 lbs
Women: 20 lbs
Weight does not include food or water
Weight must be measured at check-in and check-out
Only weight carried in the ruck/backpack counts - no weight vests
Weight must be dry and secure. No water bottles
Backpack/ruck must be worn on the back (not front or carried by hand)
RUCK WEIGH-IN:
Saturday, November 7th | 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM | outside the Parks and Recreation Office
Post race: Runners are to report directly to the ruck station to weigh out and receive their participation patch.

Half Marathon Race | Race begins at 7:00 AM (Please note the run half marathon has a 3.5-hour cutoff and the ruck half marathon has a 4.5-hour cutoff)

Finish Line Celebration/Awards will follow each race's cutoff time limit.

Register by 9/7/2026 to be guaranteed a shirt.
The half-marathon and 5K courses are USATF-certified courses and will be chip-timed.
