"Strides" is not only a FUNdraiser, but also a way to build community while being intentional to add running and walking to your everyday lifestyle. A fitness tracker of any kind is super-helpful and recommended - daily steps absolutely count toward your team, gym, and the cumulative challenge of 12,000 miles, but you have to track them - tracking daily is best!!
