We're so excited for the annual MentorKids Kentucky Rugged Race at Diamond Lake Resort! Rugged Race participants will experience an exhilarating 5K race with 28 obstacles, including water crossing, rope climbs, mud, and much more!
Additional race options include: a 5K Trail Run, a 10K Trail Run, a 10K Xtreme Trail Run & Kids Races
All participants will receive a finisher’s medal and t-shirt. Additional medals will be given to the overall male and female winners in the elite and ultimate categories, and a trophy will be given to the top team!
Elite Rugged
This race option is for the serious, hard-core athletes ready to compete against the best! Must be 15+.
Ultimate Rugged
This race option is for Individuals & Teams.
An adult must accompany kids ages 12-14.
XTREME Rugged 10K (NEW!)
Our most "XTREME" challenge! A back to back 5K trail run (without obstacles) + 5K rugged race (with obstacles)
Rugged Trail Runs (NEW!)
