- Do I need a wetsuit?
- A wetsuit is not required but it is recommended
- Do I need to practice open water swimming?
- We highly recommend that you take the time before the event to open water swim as that is what you will experinence during the event
- What does the swim start look like?
- The swim start is a rolling start. You will be lined up by estimated completion times and then enter the water in a controlled area. Your timing will not start until you cross over the timing pad near the water
- What is the water tempature?
- The water tempurature is usually in the low to mid 60's in June
- Where do I park?
- You can park at Lake Wilderness park starting at 5am
- When can I place my things in Transition?
- Transition opens at 5am

- What are the cutoffs?
- Please see our information provided here
- Are walkers allowed?
- Walkers are allowed on the 5k and 10k course, NOT on the triathlon courses
- Are the roads closed?
- No the bike course is OPEN to traffic. We have police and colunteers to help with all crossing and intersections but you are responsible for following the rules of the road
- Is there a refund policy?

- There will be no refunds for this event as it is a charity and all proceeds are donated.
