SWIM COURSE

DISTANCES: First Olympic distance athlete in the water 9:00 a.m.

CALM WATER. SANDY BOTTOM. GREAT START.

Start your Last TRI in beautiful Stony Creek Lake, a shallow, sandy-bottom lake that provides an excellent setting for athletes of every experience level.

Water temperatures regularly remain in the low 70s well into the fall and even into October, making Stony Creek an ideal venue for one last open-water swim of the season.

OLYMPIC: 1500m
SPRINT: 500m
SUPER SPRINT: 200m

Lifeguards and water-safety personnel will be positioned throughout the course, with large buoys clearly marking the route.

Wetsuit determination will be made race morning based on the official water temperature.

Settle in, find your rhythm and enjoy one last open-water swim of the Michigan triathlon season.
