Escape the summer city heat and head for the mountains! Join us at Rocky Gap State Park in Flintstone, MD for the 22nd annual Rocky Gap Off-Road Triathlon, Duathlon, Aqua Bike, and Relay (formerly XTERRA EX2). For 2026, we’ve re-imagined our summer classic and created new bike and run courses and added a sprint race and aquabike. While the sprint course could be done on a gravel bike, we recommend mountain bikes for the full triathlon and duathlon.
