Description
The Alfred Street Baptist Church (ASBC) Faith 5K (Christian Run/Walk) is a fun 5K race event for ASBC members, friends, and community members. Join us May 2, 2022 for a run or walk from the Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC) National Harbor Sub-Station across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge Trail.
5K Run (Timed): Open for all ages
5K Walk (Untimed): Open for all ages.
5K Virtual (Manual Time Entry): Open for all ages.

Virtual Run
WHAT IS A VIRTUAL RUN?
A virtual run is a run that can be run or walked from any location you desire. Run, jog, or walk on the road, trail, treadmill, gym or even a track (or even at another race). You run your own race, at your own pace, and time it yourself.
TIPS FOR YOUR VIRTUAL RUN
1. Be safe. Follow appropriate social distancing guidelines. If you feel ill, please stay at home.
2. Plan your course ahead of time and consider using an app.
3. Run when it works for you.
