We are excited to present our Mind • Body • Tri Summer Solstice Edition!
With the overwhelming response requesting MORE after our introductory Mind • Body • Tri series, we excited to bring you this special series.
The three legs of the triathlon are: Yoga • Run (or walk) • Meditate.
June 20 (actual summer solstice): virtual from anyplace you choose
June 27 (2 options): Live in Ann Arbor’s West Park* or virtual from anyplace you choose
This event is non-competitive, but there are some neat prizes and sweet swag!
Here’s how it works:
Leg 1: Gather at our virtual meeting space (Zoom) or West Park (6/13 only) for 45 minutes of yoga.
Leg 2: Run (or Walk) your 5K or whatever is available to you. You will have one hour.
Leg 3: Reconnect with the group for your final leg: finishing poses and guided meditation to bring you back to a place of grounded calm and joyful connection.
When registering, you have the option to sign yourself up for both dates! Pay only $10 for your second date. (One swag bag per person.)

Saturday, June 20, 2020 @ 9:00 A.M. (online only)
Saturday, June 27 @ 10:00 A.M. (2 options): Live in Ann Arbor’s West Park* or virtual via Zoom from anyplace you choose with Red Yoga
*Social Distancing and Safety Notes: The West Park class will be capped at 50 participants. Mats will be placed a minimum of 6-feet apart. All staff will be wearing masks and we ask that participants wear a mask (you get a cute one in your swag bag) at all times that they are not actively participating in yoga, running, or meditation. Please do not come to West Park if you have a fever, cough, shortness of breath, or any other COVID-19 symptoms. If this doesn’t work for you, the exact same class at the same time will be offered on Zoom.
