Description
This is a family friendly race with something for everyone! The seasoned racer, and those new to multi-sports. Swim starts off event in heated indoor pool. Each swimmer will have individual lane and lap counter. Run follows immediately around the school grounds. There will be a 5 minute transition allowance. Composite of both times will determine placings. Run distances have been accurately measured.
RACE VENUES:
DU Full: all ages; 1/2 mile swim, 5k run
DU Kids: 17 and under: 1/4 mile swim, 2 mile run
DU Mini: 12 and under: 100 yd. swim, 1 mile run (in enclosed parking lot)
**Post race refreshments, lockeroom, showers available. Please bring own towell, shampoo and locker.
**Prizes for places 1-3 in all races!
All proceeds go directly to the YMCA Annual Campaign, helping families and communities grow stronger!
Race packet pickup and late registration
Race packet pickup and late reistration at the Ionia County YMCA (In Ionia HS) Friday October 25 from 6-8pm, Saturday from 9-3pm, Day of race, from 11am-12:30pm. Late fee of $5 applied to Full and Kids race after October 11.
