22nd Annual Rudyard Lions Triathlon and 5K is a reverse order Tri. 5K run, 24K bike and .5K swim in a pool. Great event for the novice as well as the experienced participant. T-shirt and meal provided. 5K and Tri start at 9:30 a.m.
