Description
23rd Annual Rudyard Lions Triathlon and 5K race. This is a reverse triathlon: 5K Run, 24.3 K Bike and .5K Swim. The run and bike are open road and the swim is indoor 25 yard pool. Runners can just do the 5K event.
T-shirts provide and a meal is provided after the race.
