Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic triathlon courses. Featuring bluff country cycling, a flat, fast run around beautiful Lake Winona, and a finish celebration at Winona's historic Band Shell.

- 3:00 pm and 5:00 pm - Athlete Course Talk at the Bandshell

Sunday, June 9
- 5:00 am - Transition opens for all events
- 5:00 am - Race day packet pick-up opens
- 6:45 am - International/Intermediate transition closes
- 7:00 am - International and Intermediate Aquabike waves start
- 7:30 am - Mass start for duathlon
- 7:45 am - Race day packet pick-up closes
- 7:45 am - Sprint/Short transition closes
- 8:00 am - Sprint and Short Aquabike waves start
