Q360 Indoor Sprint Tri!
Row 15min. Bike 25min. Run 20min. Complete the 60mins to earn a cool custom swag and then refuel on good food!
Space is limited: Waves start times begin at 7:30am and last Wave is 12:00pm  Register for the Wave time you want to start. Can't be in Billings on that day? Problem solved! Register for the Virtual wave! Complete the Row 15min. Bike 25min. Run 20min. and post on our FB page and you'll still earn your sweet sweat workout and cool custom swag! Get a group together and do it! 

Open to all ages from 10yrs and older! Get friends together and fill-up a start wave time, or register individually!

Bring a water bottle, cycling shoes (optional) and running shoes.
Sweat towels will be provided as well as a Q staff member to cheer you on while you advance to the next event!
We will post total miles accumulated!
2 Showers are onsite.
