The Mary's Meals Run for Hope is a "lollipop" style 5K course that follows paths throught the Big Meadows area of Highbanks Metro Park. The terrain is mostly paved, with portions of the course being crushed gravel. While course marshals will be present at critical junctures, always exercise caution when utilizing the crosswalks.
