Description
A indoor triathlon whereby participants see how much distance they can cover in 15 minutes for each leg (5 minute break in between). Indoor pool, stationary bike, and treadmill for a Power Hour workout to see what you're made of at The Club at Flowers Plantation. Great for the beginner who wants to start a triathlete endeavor ... great for the seasons triathlete to mentally push him/herself to see what distances he/she can cover. Medals/prizes will awarded/presented.
The Flowers Plantation Indoor Triathlon is the 2nd leg of our Race for Charity Series and will benefit the Johnston County Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center. The indoor triathlon will take place at the beautifully planned community of Flowers Plantation near Clayton, NC. An award-winning and historical site, Flowers Plantation is a treasure to embrace while participating in this worthwhile cause helping take care of the animals that need our help.
