Description
Get ready for Thanksgiving with this Turkey Trot 5k and 10k race! Run through the streets of Marion and support a local middle school!
As part of our 5K/10K race day, we are excited to host a free wheelchair race open to students and community members with disabilities. This event is designed to celebrate participation, effort, and fun in an encouraging, supportive environment. Family, friends, and race participants are invited to cheer on and celebrate every racer before the 5k and 10k events begin! The Pumpkin Roll is free to anyone who wants to participate!
We can not guarantee a t-shirt in your size after November 7th.

We will start at East McDowell Middle front drive
Turn left on State St.
Turn left on Garden St.
Turn left on Lincoln Ave.
Turn right on Teal St.
Left on Sinclair Ave, follow loop to Rutherford Rd.
Left on Rutherford Rd.
Left on Georgia Ave.
Left on Peavine Trail
Right on Alabama Ave.
Left on Tremont St.
Right on Ridgecrest Dr.
Right on Greenlee St.
Right on Pineview St.
Left on S McDowell Ave.
Right on Woodland Dr., Loop through Foxfire neighborhood
Right on S McDowell Ave.
Right on State St.
Return to East McDowell Middle
10k runners will complete the route twice. We will need at least 20 runners to sign up for the 10k in order to keep it as an option!
