Kicking off the best time of year at the Jersey Shore with Ship Bottom Brewery and Second Capital Running. Join us at the Brewery after the race for the awards ceremony and complimentary beer for runners 21+
- Chip Timed with Instant Results
- Awards to the top 3 M/F Overall and in Age Groups: 14 & under, 15-19, and 10 year AG up to 60+
- Awards to the top 5 First Responders, also the top 5 Active Service and/or Veteran Military (Must opt in at registration - not eligible for age group awards)
- Must register by May 28 to be guaranteed a T-Shirt and other swag

Packet pickup is only on race day, at Veterans Park, starting at 7:30 am
The start and finish lines are located in the NE corner of Veterans Park, across from the Engleside Inn.
Yes there is race day registration available until 8:55 am on race day. All registration, even on race day, is done online, and the acepted payments are credit/debit. We do accept Apple Pay. We may accept cash but it must be exact.
Beach Haven has a lot of street parking availble within walking distance of Veterans Park. Please only park in authorized public areas and do not use any Hotel parking lots.
Shirts are available for an additional price durin registration. Register by May 28 to guarantee your size is still available.
This race doesn't give finisher medals, but awards are given to the top 3 male and female overall and in age groups up to 70+. Awards are also given to the top finishers in the first responder and veteran/active duty special awards categories (must opt in a registration)
You will be prompted to opt in to compete in this category during the registration process. By opting to compete in that category, you disqualify yourself from competing in your age group awards category.

We do not offer gear check
This is a cupless race and there will be no on-course hydration. Runners are encouraged to bring their own if they think they will need it. Chilled water will be available at the finish line.
There are mens and womens restrooms at Veterans Park
Yes, we allow dogs as long as they are leashed and properly socialized. Pet owners are responsible for removing pet waste.
Award winners will be announced at Veterans Park at apporximatley 10:00 am. A representative from the race will be at the brewery with the awards from 10:30 to noon. Winners can choose to collect their medal at the ceremony or at the brewery. These are the only 2 options. We do not mail awards
We do not, under any circumstance, mail awards. Winners have the option to receive their medal at the awards ceremony or at the after party from 10:30 to noon.
