Pass It Along Triathlon (Draft)

7th annual Pass It Along Lake Mohawk Country Club Triathlon

750 meter Swim, 17k (10.8 miles) Bike, 5k (3.1 miles) Run - USAT Sanctioned

When:  Saturday, July 23rd, 2016, 7:00am start

May be completed as an Individual or 2 or 3 person Relay Team.  Options available for:  1)individuals that would like to participate in some segments of the race; 2) individuals looking for relay team member(s); 3) individuals that would like to have a swim angel. A swim angel is an experienced swimmer or lifeguard who provides support shore-side or in the water at open water swimming events, especially for individuals who are nervous, newbies or inexperienced about swimming in open bodies of water.  Send email to race contact below.

All proceeds to benefit Pass It Along, a 501( c)(3) organization.  Pass It Along's mission is to build confident, resilient and compassionate teenagers through free programs for teenagers in self-discovery, leadership and community service.

PACKET PICKUP (IN PERSON): THURS, JULY 21 & FRI, JULY 22 4:00PM TO 8:00PM AT LAKE MOHAWK COUNTRY CLUB.  SAT., JULY 23 5:00AM TO 6:30AM.  MUST BRING PHOTO IDENTIFICATION SHOWING PROOF OF AGE, AND USAT MEMBERSHIP, IF APPLICABLE.

Extras -  T-Shirt & goodie bag, water stations on run segment only & post race food & beverages

*Entry changes (ie. substitutes for individual and relay team entries) will not be allowed 1 (one) month prior to event.  Contact event director Eleanor Young @ eleanor@passitalong.org prior to June 23rd to make an entry change.  No exceptions will be made on registration and event day. 

Awards Categories!  1st, 2nd & 3rd place finishes:  Overall Male & Female Individuals and Relay Team.  Additional Awards given for 1st, 2nd & 3rd place age group finishers: 19 & under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+.  Special award for the youngest & oldest finisher.
