Turkey Dash benefitting Nakon Foundation

The Foundation’s annual family-friendly 5k run/walk, the Turkey Dash, is held annually on Thanksgiving morning at Avon High School. Over 1,500 runners, walkers, and spectators join together to move in support of financial aid for families in Northern Ohio impacted by a breast cancer diagnosis. Over the past 22 years, the Turkey Dash has raised over $500,000 for our mission. 

Race Perks:

• Turkey Dash race shirt

• Post-run snacks including pumpkin pie & fruit 

• Post-run refreshments including coffee & hot chocolate

Awards are given to the top 3 male and female winners, along with medals for the top 3 finishers in each age bracket

(9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24,… 75-79, 80+.)

5:00-7:00 PM: Packet Pickup/Registration (AHS Auxiliary Gym) 

Thursday, November 27th

7:00 AM: Packet Pickup/Registration (AHS Auxiliary Gym) 

9:00 AM: 5k Start

10:00 AM: Awards
