Spring Fever Tri 2021 Postponed
Due to COVID restrictions Jenks Aquatic Center and Public Schools is not allowing outside entities to rent or use their facilities. Therefore, the 2021 Spring Fever Tri scheduled for 4/18/21 will be rescheduled to sometime in August of 2021.
Jenks Aquatic Center hoped that by March, Pandemic restrictions could be removed. That hasn’t happened. And, as of today, the Pandemic Committee does not foresee the restrictions being released in near future. We looked into the potential of moving Spring Fever Tri to a new venue however, no suitable venues were available either due to pool pandemic restrictions and/or lack of safe bike course on-site.
We are working with Jenks Aquatic Center to determine a new race date in August. That date is to-be-determined. We will communicate the new 2021 Spring Fever Tri race date as soon possible. Look for an email announcement within the next few weeks.
Deferral options:
You may choose to race Spring Fever Tri on the new 2021 race date
You may defer to the 2022 Spring Fever Tri
You may transfer your 2021 Spring Fever Tri registration to the 2021 Chris Brown Tulsa Du happening on March 21st at Mohawk Park

We are planning for the 2021 Spring Fever Tri to be held on 4/18/2021! This short sprint triathlon is a great race for beginners and the experienced racer. The swim is a 400 yard snake pool swim followed by a 12 mile road bike course, ending with a 2 mile flat road run.
The race will be held at the Jenks Aquatic Center in Jenks, Oklahoma. The state-of-the-art Jenks Trojan Aquatic Center is located on the West side of the Jenks High School Campus. The bike course keeps you in Jenks cycling through flat and some hills of Jenks, OK. The 2 mile run is nice and flat that ends at the Jenks Track for post race food and celebration. Plenty of spectating seats available at the track to watch all your friends and family finish their race!

- Friday, April 16th, 10:00am – 6:00pm
- Saturday April 17th , 10:00am – 5:30pm
Only the participant can pick up their packet. Participants must show photo ID and proof of USAT membership if annual member.
If you live over 30 miles away email barbara@runnersworldtulsa.com to pick up race morning. Include name and city.
Race Day
- 6:45am: Transition Area Opens, Athlete Check-in Begins
- 7:45am: Transition Area Closes – All participants must be out of the transition area at this time
- 7:50am: Pre-race meeting inside Jenks Aquatic Center
- 8:00am: Race swim begins - every 7-10 seconds
