Active Okie Youth Triathlon

Please join us on September 9th for the Active Okie Youth Triathlon!  This event is fun challenge for young athletes ages 6 to 14.  This is a great event for participants of all abilities is an introduction to triathlons in a safe and encouraging environment.  The event starts and finishes at the River Country Water Park and the swim is a short stretch of the lazy river, with no current.  Please get signed up by September 1st to get an event t-shirt.   

The competition consist of:

Swim - 25 yards

Bike -1 mile (participants must provide own bike and helmet)

Run - .75 mile

The event is held at Muskogee's Love-Hatbox Sports Complex.  The swim portion will take place in the River Country Family Waterpark Lazy River, the bike will extend onto the Hatbox Centennial Trail, and run takes place on the street adjacent to the complex. 

T-shirts are guaranteed if you sign up by September 1st

Finishers Medals for all participants

Early-registration is only $25 and is available through September 9th. Race day registration is available for $30.

• Start Time: 9:00am  - - - - Check-in/Race Day Registration starts at 7:30am

• Location: River Country Water Park at Hatbox Sports Complex (3600 Arline Muskogee, OK 74401)

• What to Bring: swimming suit, bike and bike helmet, water bottle, comfortable shoes to run in

• Safety: Certified lifeguards, EMS, police and many volunteers will be on duty.
  BIKE HELMETS MANDATORY, MUST BE WORN & BUCKLED.
