Description: 

These training plans are designed to build your fitness progressively so you can cross the finish line feeling strong and confident. Beginner athletes should aim for at least 4 workouts per week, along with 1-2 strength sessions. Intermediate athletes should plan for a minimum of 5 workouts per week, plus 1-2 strength sessions.  Both plans are tailored for sprint-distance races but include clear instructions to scale up to Olympic distance if you’re ready to go farther.

Key notes:

  • Use the RPE chart to hit the right intensities.
  • Workouts auto-sync with Garmin, Coros, and other devices via TrainingPeaks.
  • Mobility sessions are included with easy follow along videos 2x a week.

Coach Patty - 

Patty Pittman holds a USAT Level 2 certification, the only coach in Arkansas to hold this advanced credential, alongside a UESCA Triathlon certification, a BS in Kinesiology, and over 20 years of experience coaching athletes from beginner to advanced. A 3x Ironman finisher, she applies both exercise science and firsthand competitive experience to the training programs she has developed for the Ozark Valley Triathlon, preparing athletes across all distances for the Arkansas State Championship course at Lake Wedington.
