Information
The Freeland YMCA, and Eagle Rock Resort are proud to announce our 18th annual adult sprint distance triathlon. The swims will be held at the base of the Eagle Rock Resort, on its crystal clear, spring fed Lake Susquehanna. The Bike course will be a 2 loop course all within the Eagle Rock Resort, and you will finish with a 3.1 mile run near the lake.
*Packet pickup on Friday Sept 26th 2025 from 5:00-6:30 at the Eagle Rock Beach. Athlete Check in /packet pickup 5:30-6:45 a.m. Saturday Sept 27th. Wave start at 7:00 a.m.
