I, the undersigned (“Participant”), acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in fundraising activities to benefit GHS. I understand that I am acting on behalf of myself and as an employee of GHS.

I agree to conduct all fundraising activities in an ethical and lawful manner, consistent with GHS’s mission and values.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in fundraising activities for GHS, I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Greenville Humane Society, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or in any way connected to my participation in such activities.

I understand and agree that GHS is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to me or my property while participating in fundraising activities.

I understand that all donations collected in connection with my fundraising efforts must be directed to the Greenville Humane Society.

I agree not to engage in any fundraising or promotional activity that may reflect negatively on GHS or conflict with its mission. GHS reserves the right to withdraw approval of any fundraising activity at any time.
