Volunteers make this event possible! Without group and individual volunteer we would not be able to put on a successful race. Resolution Run Houson makes for a great opportunity to support your community, earn required service hours, fundraise for your group or nonprofit, and build teamwork and camaraderie.

Group Donations

Large groups help us fill our most necessary volunteer positions quickly. To say "thank you" and to foster an ongoing relationship with groups we offer group donations. Join us today!

Eligibility - Only groups/team/clubs/organizations thata follow the steps below are eligible for donations. 

1. Have all group members sign up online via the volunteer registration page (button above) and make sure they select the group's name when prompted. We've repopulated the list with past volunteer groups, if your group's name is not on the list please reach out using the form below. 

2. Works all registered shifts, following the instructions provided by the Volunteer and race site coordinators. 

Donation Rules - Once a registered team/group/club/organization hits 10 completed volunteer shifts they will receive $10 per shift worked. For example, if 16 volunteers from a group sign up and complete their shifts the group will receive a $160 donation. 

Donation Processing - Checks will be mailed once volunteer numbers and hours are verified. Payments are generally processed within a week of event completion but please allow 4-6 weeks for check delivery. Those that don’t follow the instructions provided by the volunteer coordinator will not be counted toward group totals.

Please keep in mind this is volunteer work and was not meant to be "paid." These are donations meant as a thank you for helping at our event.
