Here's how it goes:

• Mile 1 · Run 1 mile, then crush 2 donuts
• Mile 2 · Run 1 mile, then crush 2 donuts
• Mile 3 · Run 1 mile, then crush 2 donuts
• Final mile · Sprint (or survive) to the finish

Simple on paper. Brutal in reality.
