Bike
Familiarize yourself with the bike course before your race; signs, volunteers, California Highway Patrol officers, and pink strips of duct tape will mark it. The bike course is 13 miles long, with some serious climbs and steep downhills, and it is open to traffic. Please follow all the rules of the road (signs, stops, and intersections). Please make sure your bike is in good condition and can handle gear changes and braking. The bike course will close at 10:45 a.m. We expect all the cyclists to be back at transition.
Water will be available at the turnaround point on Clamshell Drive.
