Rich History
Seabrook’s story began in 1832. Later, Seabrook W. Sydnor purchased land in 1895, lending the town his name. After incorporating in 1961, Seabrook continued to grow, with a new bridge connecting Kemah and Seabrook in 1964 and the expansion of State Highway 146.
