Important for All Registered Participants
Parking is one of the biggest logistical challenges at Southern Tour Ultra. How well this goes depends on everyone doing their part. The more you can plan and carpool, the better for everyone!
When you arrive, your parking pass will be a QR code. Once that QR code is scanned, you’ll receive a physical hang tag. After it’s scanned, the QR code is no longer valid—you’re officially in the venue and parked.
If you need to leave and return, your physical hang tag will allow re-entry.
- We create a parking lot from scratch. There are no marked spaces, our staff will guide you into an appropriate spot
- 👉 Park tight, straight, and safely next to your neighbor.
- Do not block anyone. Poor parking impacts dozens of athletes and staff.
- ONLY vehicles with a QR code parking pass will be allowed to enter the venue. No exceptions.
- Overflow parking is at Poplar Grove (1.5 miles from the venue).
- 🚌 Shuttles will run Saturday. 5:30am to 7:00pm
- Cars may be left at Poplar Grove (overflow lot) overnight Saturday
- Friday spectators make your own arrangements on how to get in and out of the venue with your athlete’s parking pass
- Use this lot. The fewer cars inside the venue, the better the experience for everyone.
- Do NOT drive into the camping area to drop items off.
-
- Park first, then haul your gear into camping.
- Sleeping in your vehicle in the main parking lot is allowed,
- ❌ But you may NOT set up a campsite in the main parking lot.
- Be mindful of how you park. In past years, cars parked carelessly have blocked multiple vehicles and created major issues.
- 👉 Use common sense. Think before you park.
Every year we work hard to improve the venue and expand parking options. Your cooperation is critical to making this a smooth, stress-free weekend for everyone.
Thank you for helping us make Southern Tour Ultra better every year.
