- Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 2.4 mile bike, 1k run
- Ages 8-11: 100 yard swim, 2.4 mile bike, 1k run
- Ages 12-15: 150 yard swim, 4.7 mile bike, 2.5k run

Awards
Awards will be presented for the top 3 male and female finishers for each age! Yes, we're really giving away 66 awards!!
Financial Assistance - We want all kids to have the opportunity to participate. For financial assistance, contact the Race Directors, Ashley Colburn and Ann-Marie Christiano Silva at nkt@tribeat.org.
Packet Pickup - Packet pickup will be at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville on July 18 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and race morning. To make the race day go smoother, please consider picking up your packet on the 18th.
