- Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 4k bike, 1k run
- Ages 8-11: 100 yard swim, 4k bike, 1k run
- Ages 12-15: 150 yard swim, 7.5k bike, 2.5k run

Awards
Awards will be presented for the top 3 male and female finishers for each age! Yes, we're really giving away 66 awards!!
Financial Assistance - We want all kids to have the opportunity to participate. For financial assistance, contact the Race Directors, Ashley Colburn and Ann-Marie Christiano Silva at nkt@tribeat.org.
Packet Pickup - Packet pickup will be at the Williamson County Recreation Complex at Nolensville on July 18 from 3:00pm - 5:00pm and race morning. To make the race day go smoother, please consider picking up your packet on the 18th.

The Nolensville Kids Triathlon wouldn’t be possible without our amazing volunteers! We need 140+ volunteers on race day to help create a safe, fun, and memorable experience for all of our young athletes. From course support to cheering on participants at the finish line, there’s a role for everyone. Grab a friend, bring your energy, and be part of something special in our community!
