2024 Stone Harbor Triathlon Swim Clinic

Join us at the 5th Annual Stone Harbor Triathlon Swim Clinic on Saturday, July 13, 2024!

Space is Limited!!!

The Stone Harbor Triathlon Swim Clinic is designed for triathletes of all levels interested in improving their race-day skills.  During the clinic, participants will learn about keeping the course, drafting, swimming in the pack, and other important race-day swim objectives!  This clinic will help you to feel confident and ready for the open water swim on your race day!

The Stone Harbor Triathlon Swim Clinic will be run by Alexandra Malanina, an experienced national and international level swimmer and a competitive triathlete.  Alexandra is a former Division 1 NCAA All-American swimmer, World Cup winner, and multiple World Championships and Olympic Trials finalist.  Along with winning the Stone Harbor Triathlon in 2009, she set the women’s swim course record that year with a swim time of 4:40. Through her triathlon career, she finished Overall Female top-3 in LifeTime Triathlon in Miami numerous times, and was highly competitive at the age group level.  Her love for sports continues with coaching at the collegiate level at the University of Pennsylvania.

Wetsuits are not required, but recommended if you plan on using one during the 23rd Annual Stone Harbor Triathlon race on Sunday, July 10, 2022.  The swim clinic will run for 75-90 minutes and open to the first 25 participants!
