Full Tri Clinic will take you through the entire Sprint Distance Triathlon! Be prepared with the appropriate gear (see gear list on website). Please keep in mind that this is a group clinic and not a race.

7:00–07:45am | Intro/Transition Clinic *
8:00–09:00am | Bike Clinic
9:30–10:30am | Run Clinic
10:30–11:00am | Water/snack break
11:00–12:00pm | Swim Clinic** + Q/A

 * Arrive bike-ready for the Intro/TA Clinic. Bring a sweatshirt in case it is cold standing around. I will verbally explain the triathlon transition, and we will practice it if we have time at the end of the clinic.
