Mission Statement
Since 2012 Las Cruces Running Club (LCRC) has been the backbone of the Las Cruces running community. We
have developed a series of quality annual races run on closed courses. Our Electric 5k, Turkey Trot and Super
5 Sunday Road Race draw more than 1600 runners annually.
Importantly, LCRC re-established our Summer Youth Running Program, after it was shut down by COVID. LCRC
is now funding the program through profits from our races. The program consists of 4 or 5 one-mile races free
to youths 14 and younger. The program culminates in a Back to School run, with an after-race breakfast and
prizes for participants (and families). Additionally, each of the last two years we have donated $5500 to area
high school cross-country teamws.
Our support for young runners continues all year, with youths under 14 allowed free entry in all our races.
We need sponsors for this year’s schedule -- Super 5 Sunday run, Electric 5k and Turkey
Trot, plus our youth program.
LCRC offers sponsor support through our webpage, name placement on race shirts and event
banners, as well as product and literature placement and promotion to participating runners at events.

Olympic - $2000

Gold $1000
- Option to Sponsor Youth or Adult Series

Bronze $250
- Sponsor of 1 adult event (may purchas more)

You/your company will receive recognition in the runners registration packets. Event planners gratefully accept any merchandise or gift certificates that can be given as door prizes.

LCRC is a 501 (C) (4) Non-Profit Organization dedicated to promoting the development and growth of area
running, running events and supporting the interests of recreational runners throughout the Las Cruces area.
Sponsorships are tax-deductible business expenses for the contributor. Join our Club!
