Join us for the State Games of Tennessee, an annual multi-sport event bringing together athletes from across the state to compete, connect, and celebrate the spirit of competition. Open to all ages and skill levels, this event is the perfect opportunity to showcase your abilities in an exciting and supportive environment.

Awards

Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded in each age division.

5K Road Race

Start Location: Downtown Jackson at the Farmer's Market (91 New Market St. Jackson, TN)
Race Course: Experience the charm of historic downtown Jackson and the scenic yet challenging loop around the University of Memphis Lambuth campus.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals will be awarded in each age division.
Medalists qualify for the bi-annual State Games of America!
T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for on-site registrations the morning of the event.

5K Trail Run

Start Location: Pugh Bourne Park (343 Oakfield Road, Oakfield TN)
T-shirt sizes are not guaranteed for on-site registrations the morning of the event.

9 & under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
