Hero's Hill Challenge (Draft)

Operation Hero's Hill is a transformative initiative by Mayor Glenn Jacobs, dedicated to ending veteran homelessness by providing safe, stable, and dignified housing for those who have given much in defense of our country. No Veteran should be without a place to call home in the country they swore to defend, and with your support, Operation Hero's Hill can provide safe shelter to 20 unhoused Veterans currently living here in our community. Join us as we run, walk, and muscle-up for this amazing cause in our inaugural event.

Events:

5k Run/Walk - Johnson University provides a picturesque backdrop for our 5k route. Overall and age group awards (10-year age increments) will be presented to the quickest participants!

Family Walk/Run - Take in the beauty of the campus and enjoy supporting an amazing cause. Family-friendly and stroller-friendly!

Hero's Challenge - 2 options - Solo (😲) or on a team of 6 - complete the series -- 1 mile, 150 sit-ups, 1 mile, 150 pushups, 1 mile, 150 pull-ups.
