  • Ages 5-7: 50 yard swim, 2.5 mile bike, 0.7 mile run
  • Ages 8-11: 100 yard swim, 2.5 mile bike, 0.7 mile run
  • Ages 12-15: 150 yard swim, 4.8 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

  • An awesome Nolensville Kids Virtual Triathlon medal
  • Race T-Shirt
  • Shipping of medal and t-shirt for anyone unable to attend packet pickup at Wings To Go - Nolensville (date TBD)
