CAMP AC DETAILS
That’s right! CAMPING! We are making it into a festival weekend again! Bring your tent, bring your RV, we will have designated areas set up on Bader Field.
Here’s what you need to know...
There will be added:
Security
Porto Pots
Hand Washing Station
Campers will:
Fill out a google form so we can collect particular information (a few weeks prior to event day)
Arrive on-site, report to the CAMP AC tent, get site assignment (first come, first serve)
Check in on site during the hours posted. NO EXCEPTIONS
Be given a camping bracelet - 1 per person
Be self sufficient
Be mindful of other campers/athletes
Note: Gate will close and lights must be out by 10 PM
Note: Security will be checking to assure all campers are registered
There is a fee (non-refundable):
$25 for Tents - you may park your vehicle next to your tent
$50 for RVs
Note: the Bader Field Site/Parking Fee is not included
