3 Mile Run Route
Here is where the athletes get to see the true views of Mountain Lake! Athletes will go completely around the lake and up into the immediate neighborhoods before finishing near the transition area to be greeted by our amazing volunteers and all the spectators.
RUN Course:
Come out of TRANSITION Head South on Lakeside Dr. E
Head North on Lakeside dr. S
Turn Right onto Lakeside Dr. W (at stop sign)
Head north on Lakeside Dr. W
Head South on Lakeside Dr. N
Turn Left onto Mountain Lake Rd (look for race officials to direct you where to cross the road)
Head East onto Mountain Lake Rd.
Turn Right onto Park St
Turn Left onto Lakeside Dr. E
Turn Left onto Spruce Dr.
>< Continue onto Spruce Dr.
Turn right onto Walnut Dr.
Turn right onto Tamarack Rd.
Turn right onto grass towards the FINISH LINE!
