Description
Do you want to improve your stroke and technique? Do you wonder what your strengths are and where you might have inefficiencies that are holding you back? Video analysis can help! We will start by using 5-6 camera angles to observe hip rotation, body & head position, stroke phases, breathing and kick. After the video, a session with Tri-Now Coaches for a consultation to address those strengths and possible inefficiencies is included.
